Monthly Program: Family Affair - A Look at Leather Families
Presentation Topic
Family Affair – A Look at Leather Families
What is a leather family? How does a leather family work? Why would someone choose to be part of a leather family? Can you be a family and not live together? Is there always a hierarchy? Where does sex fit in? What about s/m? What about jealousy? Loyalty? From power exchange, to play, to personal and group interactions, the leather family can be a source of enrichment or frustration.
Slave Pug has been part of two very different types of leather families and will share some of her personal experiences. Discussion will include what it means to be part of a leather family, various family dynamics and the challenges that can emerge in such relationships. This will be an interactive workshop that will offer opportunities for attendees to share some of their perspectives and experiences.
